1.4 acres located on the shores of the world-famous Lake Banook, our commercial building—Paddlers Cove—is home to a vibrant and growing community of over 30 tenants. Together, they form the unique and welcoming “Paddlers Cove Community.”

Our tenants operate a diverse range of businesses, many with a shared focus on wellness, collaboration, and supporting the local community—all while enjoying picturesque waterfront views.
